COVID MESSAGE AND OPENING PROCEDURES

Small Group Classes:

•  3 person class max indoors.

• Sectioned off pods for each client.

• Hand sanitizer, wipes, garbage can at each spot.

• Equipment for class will be set up at each spot prior to client’s arrival. 

• Mask on for entry and exit of the gym, as well as any time you leave a station to get equipment etc.

• Mask can be removed for the workout.

Personal Training & Small Group     

• Clients will bring their own water. 

• Clients will have indoor and outdoor shoes.

• There will be no washroom access for clients.

• Clients will answer required questions as a Covid screening.

ALL classes and sessions will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

It was announced by the Ontario government that an enhanced COVID-19 vaccine certificate system will be in effect across Ontario as of September 22, 2021. 

This new system will require individuals to show proof of full vaccination (2 doses + 14 days) to obtain services at certain indoor settings, including gyms. 

Under this directive, as of September 22, 2021, FitStopTO will require all visitors to show their vaccine receipt to gain access to the FitStopTO facility, participate in personal training or group classes. 

As we adapt our process to ensure the safety of our members, staff and community,  we will continue keep you informed about what to expect when you visit us.
