Hi! I'm JACKIE.

Jackie is a certified badass fitness instructor. She practices what she preaches and is constantly coming up with innovative, fun and challenging strength and conditioning workouts.

Jackie played competitive soccer throughout her youth and while in university. She’s taken her love of soccer beyond the pitch and now helps develop and train young athletes and infuses foundational movement and plyometric training into her classes.

Her favourite snack is watermelon 🍉

Favourite pump up song is How Will I Know by Whitney Houston (yes, really).
